Welcome to Mojave Phone Booth ("Mojave Phone Booth," "we", "us," or "our"). By using our communication services, APIs, and other related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Description of Services
Mojave Phone Booth provides communication services, including but not limited to voice, and messaging that allow consumers to chat anonymously.
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree and consent to the use of SMS messaging which is necessary to facilitate services for the account including the ability to chat with other users of the Services and to receive proxy messages. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Use of Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy and data protection. You may not misuse the Services, including attempting to access or use the Services in a way that violates any security measures, interferes with other users, or compromises the performance of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.
Opt-Out Policy
1. How to Opt-Out or quit receiving messages
You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will promptly remove you from our SMS list and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
2. Confirmation of Opt-Out
After you opt-out, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been successfully unsubscribed from our SMS communications.
Help and Support via SMS
If you need assistance with our SMS services, you can text the word "HELP" and we will send you an automated reply with instructions on how to access further support, including links to our customer service resources and ways to opt out of SMS communications.
For additional questions, you can also contact our customer service team directly at support@mojave.tel.
Texting "HELP" will not affect your subscription status or opt-out preferences.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees associated with your use of the Services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms outlined on our website. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Some Services are free, for free accounts you agree you are responsible for any data and messaging fees your carrier charges you for the use of our Services.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Mojave Phone Booth or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.
Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any disruption or unavailability of the Services caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service interruptions or force majeure events.
